Delivery on Prints
Each item purchased will be sent to you directly.
I offer free UK mainland delivery approx 5 days for small and medium or single items.
I can arrange an additional express delivery option of 2 days which I can advise you about by e mail.

All items are sent by Royal Mail or courier, packed with due care, by me, sent recorded delivery for
smaller items and tracked posting for larger items, with insurance cover.
If your delivery address is not in the UK I will need to confirm delivery charges to you.

Delivery and purchase of Paintings
If you are purchasing a painting, I will need to confirm delivery charges to you due to the
weight and size of the paintings.
Please contact me first by email before ordering and I can invoice you for the correct amount.
Damages
Damages must be notified within 2 days of delivery, as must any other problems with your purchase.
Please use e mail in order to record the problem.
Returns
Loss, shortages or returns must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
I ask that all returns be redirected to me, packed in the original packing materials and with appropriate care taken over contents.
Returns must be insured for their full value as the cost of any subsequent loss will be due.
If you are not happy with your order in any way please notify me and we can come to an agreement which is mutually convenient, whether it be a full refund or replacement.
